TRIPLE SHOME AND LAND

One step at a time

From your first question to home.

Buying a manufactured home involves the home, the property and the work that connects them. Here is a practical guide to the process.

01 / Tell us your goals

Share your preferred area, home size, budget and whether you have land. We’ll help you decide what to explore first.

02 / Discuss financing

Talk with a lender about your buying power, loan routes and cash needed. Pre-qualification is a starting point, not final approval.

03 / Choose your home

Compare layouts, photos and tours. Confirm bedrooms, dimensions, available factory options and the home price.

04 / Review the property

Check restrictions, permits, utilities, septic suitability and delivery access. Plan the foundation and site work before committing.

05 / Confirm your project quote

Review the home, delivery, taxes, setup, septic, upgrades and other quoted work. Confirm what is included and what remains separate.

06 / Finalize financing & order

The lender completes its approval process. Confirm the purchase terms, selections and required payments before the home is ordered.

07 / Prepare, deliver & install

Coordinate permits, site preparation, delivery and installation. Factory scheduling, weather, inspections and site readiness affect timing.

08 / Walk through & settle in

Review the completed home and agreed work, discuss any follow-up items and keep your warranty and contact information.

How long does it take?

There is no one timeline for every project. Home availability, factory production, financing, permits, site work and weather can all affect it. Ask Trina for the current estimate for your chosen home and property.
