Can I walk through a display home?
We currently operate as a virtual dealership with no display models. Explore manufacturer photos and available tours, then contact Trina to discuss your questions and viewing options.
Can I choose finishes and options?
Available factory choices depend on the model. Photos may show upgrades or alternate finishes. We’ll confirm the choices, availability and pricing before you order.
What does the home price include?
The listed price is for the home. Setup, delivery, taxes, land, septic, upgrades and work outside the standard package are additional. Your written quote spells out the project total.
Do I have to own land first?
No. You can start exploring homes while looking for a suitable property. Check the land requirements and talk with a lender before committing to either purchase.
Can you help if I find a lower quote?
Send the quote. We’ll compare the same home, options and included work, and work to beat the price. Ask about other ways to save, including possible closing-cost help subject to the purchase, lender approval and program limits.
Can I hire you just for septic?
Yes. Septic-only customers are welcome. Contact Trina to discuss the property, required approvals and a quote.
