A home price is one part of the project. Here is the standard setup package currently shown by Triple S, so you can plan with the important pieces in view.

What these pieces do.
Foundation & placement
The homesite and supporting foundation are prepared for the home. The home is set, leveled, joined where applicable and anchored for the approved installation plan.
Connections & finishing
The quoted package covers the listed utility connections, HVAC work, skirting and entry features. Confirm the exact scope for your home and property before ordering.
Plan for the costs outside the package.
The home, delivery, taxes, land, septic, upgrades and work outside the standard package are additional. Site conditions and utility-provider requirements vary. A written quote defines your project scope and any additional costs.
HVAC work is performed by the appropriate licensed contractor. Foundation requirements may also depend on the loan program.
